An ECO-DESIGN for a SUSTAINABLE TOMORROW

Adopting a proactive approach towards environmental management, IFC Tower 2 is built to the internationally-recognised BCA Green Mark Platinum standards set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.

An industry benchmark for best practices in environmental design and performance, IFC Tower 2 will join the ranks of eco-icon developments with its state-of-the-art energy efficient and environmentally-friendly technologies.

Some of its sustainable features include:

  • Recycling of rain reduce the building's water consumption.
  • Water usage and leak detection system which monitors water usage in the building to ensure optimal use and prevent wastage of water resources.
  • Water-efficient fittings to reduce water usage in toilets and wash basins as well as implement solutions to effectively reduce the use of potable water.
  • Double-glazed low emission glass that comprises low-emissivity coating and solar coating film to achieve better heat and acoustic insulation and to reduce heat transfer through windows, providing optimal indoor condition for building occupants.
