Before carrying out work, which takes the form of heavy work such as civil, plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction contractors up to general cleaning or disinfectant work in the IFC area, you must obtain permission from the property management.

For heavy and high-risk work, you are required to fill out a Hotwork form which we will send to your email after we have validated this application.

After filling out the Hotwork form, it can be sent to us after you receive confirmation of your application for a work permit via the registered email. All work within the IFC area does not allow tipping to our staff.
